Branding developed with Ciaran O'Goara during my time at Zero-G Studio. As part of Ireland’s bid for a seat on the United Nations Security Council (2021–2022) we worked together to roll out a campaign identity that would be instantly recognisable as Irish while communicating the nation’s peace-focused values. The resulting mark reimagines the shamrock — Ireland’s national symbol — by combining the green, white, and orange of the Irish flag with the blue of the United Nations. In the negative space between its three leaves, a white dove emerges, representing peace. This simple yet powerful symbol became the central motif for the campaign, building recognition for Ireland’s humanitarian and peace-oriented stance within the UN. Applied across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints, it served as both a national emblem and a statement of intent on the world stage.
