The Good Neighbor is a zero-waste grocery store in Dublin with a mission to make sustainable living simple, beautiful, and accessible. The brief was to create a warm, human, and playful identity that reflected the brand’s values while being simple enough to roll out quickly across labels, packaging, and in-store materials on an ongoing basis. The scope began with brand strategy and a cohesive visual identity, and grew into an ongoing creative partnership with the founder, Jess. Over the years, the identity has come to life through posters, store interiors, signage, labels, packaging, tote bags, booklets, flyers, and social media content — all designed to keep The Good Neighbour’s message consistent, approachable, and inspiring. The result is an identity system that feels warm, organic, fresh and inviting — helping The Good Neighbor become a trusted local hub for conscious shopping online and in locations across Dublin.
