The Drawing Studio Dublin

The Drawing School is a fine art studio based in Dublin. The proejct brief was to develop an identity system inspired by the archived drawing books housed in the studio. The vision was to create a look that felt classic yet modern, capturing the school’s heritage while making it easy to roll out across print and digital platforms. The colour palette draws from the soft pastels of aged paper stock, while the typography references the type styles and layouts of the original archived books. The result is a visual language that feels timeless but fresh — refined enough to honour tradition, simple enough to adapt across printed materials, the website, and social media. The quiet yet elegant system creates a strong visual thread through every touchpoint, tying the school’s legacy to its contemporary presence.
