A little goes a long way.

A little goes a long way.

A little goes a long way.

Branding and website design developed during my time at Zero-G Studio. Working alongside Sadhbh O’Beirne, Rob O’Reilly, Edel Traynor, and JP O’Malley, we developped the branding and strategy for Ding, the world’s leading mobile top-up service. The website and app design were developed alongside Niall O’Shea. Ding enables people to send mobile top-up instantly to anyone, anywhere. Through research and brand proposition work, we saw an opportunity to make Ding synonymous with top-up — not just through functionality, but by creating a more emotive brand expression. We anchored the brand in the idea that “a little goes a long way”, capturing the small yet powerful gesture of sending top-up. The result was a bright, joyful identity system spanning illustrations, website, app, brand film, and brand sound — delivering an uplifting experience in the short moment it takes to use the service. The identity’s energetic, bold, and optimistic visual language was then translated seamlessly into the digital world, ensuring that every touchpoint — from app to website — communicates the delight of sending “little bytes of happiness.” Illustration: Giacomo Bagnar Sound Design: Gavin Little Motion: Cian McKenna Logo Animation: Charlie Stewart
